Not that I have ever seen or heard of. I started with a homemade that did the job for a while. then on to an acrylic piece before buying my first glass bong. I thought spending $50 was a lot when I was in college. Basically buy or build what you can afford.

I suspect as a student a credit card may not be part of taylors financial armory. However as a student I would expect him to google "make your own bong/vaporiser". Check it out fella, and save yourself a bomb for your bong. And have fun.
