Ok peeps. Im having trouble with the pics on this notebook so I will tell you about the trip so far and we spent the day thursday making the canna butter and cannoil. I will talk about that in the thread that talks about cooking with pot. So that afternoon I put together the rice krispie treats and when I got up friday morning I made the brownies. We get ready for a road trip up to more northern humboldt to a concert with Michael Franti and Spearhead. We stayed at the hotel. well its about an hour drive from my friends house so as we are getting in the car, It was elected that I be the guinea pig to check out the rice krispie treats. So we take off in the car and I munched down this treat. I had not smoked anything yet this day. We are riding up 101 thru the beautiful redwoods and country side. Well as we are driving, the buzz just sort of creeps up on me. Nice heady buzz Of course the rice krispie treats have the canna butter in the recipe. so we arrive, we check in and unload the car. Smoked a bowl of some hash, not sure what kind. well I said, I think its time for you guys to try my brownies since I did the rice K treat, Which we used the canna oil in I cut them pieces and all I ate from that was some of the moist choclate crumbles. We go the bar to watch the baseball playoffs and I said, somethings wrong, I can feel it. IM going back to the hotel. My husband came with me. I got back to the room and was like tripping on LSD for the next few hours. Everyone felt safe I would pull thru and come down from the high. I couldnt stand up so all I did was lay across the bed. I pulled thru, came down and threw on some clean jeans and walked into the concert within 5 mins of it starting. I learned quickly only to take small nibbles of the brownies. They are very potent. LOL I could do that. I plan on making a big batch to post home to me and of course have some munchies for the plane ride home. The brownies are made with the oil which I made from infusing 28 gms of an og hush and sour diesel mix into 3 1/2 cups of oil.. I think the potency comes from the long infusion time ( I infused it for 2 1/2 hours and actual buds being used and not just shake and leave trimmings). Either way, their are too many witnesses to what happened otherwise I would be in denial also. I made a double batch so I used more oil.We used about 1/3 of this. Either way, I was messed up. lol.

The pics of this trip will have to wait until I get home to my regular computer. I promise pics but for now I want to put what I can remember on here. LOL. Thats my problem with writing trip reports. I try and write it after the trip and cant remember somethings. hehe. surprise huh.

Well...... So we walk into the concert and of course there is smoke everywhere. Some varieties but not sure what. As IM getting into the buzz and the show, I just have a real smoothe enjoyable buzz at this point. The show was excellent, and by the way he will be at the Paradiso in amsterdam I think on the 22nd. Michael Franti. I would love to see him there. We left the tent area and went back to the room before going to an after the show party in few of the clubs. I packed up the some of the brownies and rice K treats into a glad zipper bag and walked thru the lobby of the hotel, thru the casino and to the bar with this HUGH bag of brownies and treats. God if that didnt look obvious. Went into the party and started offering them free, although I did warn them not to start off with too much. lol. I hear alot of "I have a high tolerence" in Humboldt. Hum sounds like amsterdam. The party was a blast and we carried it back to our patio of our room......

The latest batch of weed our friend harvested was sour diesel and although top gear, it is very harsh to smoke so I am maintaining alot of my buzz just by nibbling on the treats this week.

The club is fun and we give out lots of treats to the people in the club. After a while we decide to take the party back to the hotel room. OF course there is others with us at this time. While we are partying in the hotel room and patio, We hear this big thump in the hall. We open the door and there are these 2 very cute young girls just hammered on the floor. SO I do what any good nurse would do and rush out there with the brownies. So I am asking if the one girl who cant stand if she is ok and I can see they are just very drunk and stoned,. SO I offer them a brownie and they accept at which time my friend behind me said.. wait dont you think they are too strong for the girls? I Think oh my I bet they are too strong for them so I have already given them one and told them to share it when at this time, the one girl falls across my brownie pan. So now we are all laughing and luckily the girl only weighed about 90 pounds and didnt even squish the brownies but at this time the hotel manager was coming down the hall and I didnt want it to look like I was drugging the girls so I sort of lifted the shoulder of the tiny girl and slid the brownies out and said. I got to go and bopped into our room and shut the door. (If your wondering, as a good nurse I did check on them the next day and we all had a good laugh. They couldnt remember where they got the brownie from). hehe. so we continue the party on the patio offerering treats to people as they walked by. We all went to bed and the next morning, people were asking if we had anymore brownies for breakfast which of course we did. We all nibbled some brownies before taking off and were on our way.
