The grow method does not make the smoke better or worse, its just another method of growing.
If your new to growing get you feet wet in soil, soil is way more forgiving than hydro.
And READ, READ, READ, and when you think you know what your doing READ some more...
I agree about the reading comment but I think organic soil grown weed tastes the best and got me the highest, I personally grow in coco which is the way I'd go as it's so fucking easy, but yeah do some reading before you decide, another thing is have a really good look into it first as the costs can spiral quite easily.

i've done one grow before a few years ago now which was elnino and turned out mint we used canna coco and canna a + b feed then booster which work well from 29 plants i got 112oz with some help from a friend but this time i'm going to do 4 to 6 plants for personal and would like to know wheres best to buy tent ect.... from
TRIPS TO THE DAM = 29
soon to be the magic 30 on 12th may 2015
I use Canna a&b, cannazym, regen-a-root, headmasta (latter 2 by Canadian Express even though they're an Aussie company???) and canna's ph down grow & bloom (basically ph down for the 2 differant grow cycles), in canna coir.
Now as far as where to buy your equipment, do a google search for a local grow shop and go and see them, they will normally do some sort of deal as you'll be dropping a few hundred quid, I dont grow in a tent so I can't advise but there are several threads here with people asking the same question, have a look and see if anything helps, in the mean time hopefully others can help you, good luck.

I'm just telling you what I've been told, more than 1 person said that straight after leaving the shop they got pulled, go and do some price comparisons with say Grotec.co.uk you'll see how expensive Growell are, I've gone right off ordering grow equipment online which is why I suggested finding a local grow shop and go and pay with ca$h.
Well obv a local grow shop would be better as he/she can go and view the gear. It's just a couple friends and one in particular is not upset with his purchase as it was a good quality kit. don't know if its changed management hands since 2008?.
I'm not saying what they sell is bad just their business practices are questionable, plus the FACT they are a lot more expensive than most other growshops, I'm always looking for the best prices for whatever I need and have been using grow shops for at least 5 years and the only one I've ever been warned about is Growell, obviously not everyone who get's their equipment is going to get grassed on as they wouldn't still be in business but just 1 warning is enough for me to avoid them, as far as I know they've always been owned by the same people.
Just out of curiosity are you recommending them from personal experiance or just off the back of what someone else has said?
I found that starfish supplies in wales were top notch for supplies and the prices were so much better than growell, hydrohobby or any other store i've dealt with, I first started buying from them a few years ago on ebay and they were always top notch, then they stopped trading through ebay so I just used to phone them, not sure if they still take paypal though,
