ok so i will be there in one montha nd one day, and my gf isnt a big pot smoker at all so while i go indulge sometimes she will be going and exploring some of the sights to see

and we need a way to get ahold of each other
so i was thinking about getting a prepaid cell phone while im there

i looked at some in the states already but they end up charging by the minute for the phone calls
is there anywhere to get a cell phone for a decent price that has unlimited calls for local mobile to mobile calls.
i'm even willing to purchase one instead of renting just as long as its not to expensive

if anybody has some recamondations i would appretiate it

thanks

chris

Labara offers unlimited mobile to mobile calls of less than 30 minutes. http://www.lebara.nl/prepay-home

We'll be over in January. Thanks for the info re Lebara. Does anyone know which of the PAYG companies offer a decent price on data? 3G would be nice, or a simple way to bulk purchase 250Mb for less £ in advance, but struggling a little with just googling on it. Hoping someone local and/or experienced could point me in the right direction. The free SIM card(s - one for you, one or more for mates) could make calling lost friends free as well, assuming conversations are less than 30 minutes :)
