Hi all,
Just wanted to let you all know about my favourite Dutch town of Deventer, which is possibly the most picturesque city in NL, and has some superb coffeeshops to boot.
If you are looking for a unique and very old Dutch city to visit whilst you are in Adam, Do yourself a favour and visit one of the oldest towns in NL.
The Maya coffeeshop on the Brink market place has one of the nicest, cleanest atmospheres ever, and sells some superb buds too. Every building in deventer has story to tell, and I never want to leave when we visit, which is nearly every week.
Check out Deventer for Dutch history, beautiful architecture, lots of second hand bookshops and some great cannabis.

...anyway Deventer gets a thumbs up from us too...think we're at three visits . The Brink a wonderful space . Not quite a little Amsterdam though , as its not a canal city , but the river kind of makes up for that . about an hours train trip from Centraal ,with a change in Amersfoort . Hotel Royal on the Brink , a great place for an overnighter .
