GLASS ON GLASS BONG with PERC

not sure if i can justify spending over 600 euro + on a roor perc - looks so nice and since i had my mini lux confiscated that had built in perc ive been missing a nice bong with perc ever since.

anyone recommend an alternative to a bong of similar stature to the RooR that costs less than 600 euro for one with a perc..

i have yet to see a german roor with a perc less than id say 600 euro.

weedstar bongs are pretty good, an messias, puncher or mahoney come with single and double percs, they should run around 100-150bucks depending on if theres a special or not, about 2 foot tall. They are all generally at least 5mm thickness and match the roor imo for quality.

weedstar bongs are cheaply made in China, really thin glass and the glass joints are made poorly. I'd be careful cleaning it, the percs are fragile.

Weedshit is made in China the fittings are bad, the glass quality and the weldings are really bad. The percs are just cut in, not polished by flame. And that's done so easy. Can't be compared to a high quality glass piece. You get what you pay for! I have one piece of weedshit, too. but if it breaks or gets lost I'm not going to cry. I bought that to use only in Amsterdam. The smoke is the same, but the feeling of owning a high quality piece is way better and an additional pleasure imo.

I think that saying the quality is garbage is just to make you feel better about spending 600 on a smoking tool. Seems kind of wasteful when they all work the same,

It's funny though how its always people who spend 600-1k on a bong that say these things, maybe its to justify to themselves why they spent that level of money to get high.

I still personally wouldn't even spend that much on a weedstar, can't warrant spending that level of money to get stoned.

Could have gone out somewhere really nice and had an experience for the difference instead of having a piece of glass that makes your dick a bit bigger.

No, we have learned that you get what you pay for. You will learn that when your cheaply made tubes shatter because you placed or on a table, gently. Or when you shake salt in it to clean it and the perc comes apart.

I used to be just like you, thinking the more expensive bongs are a waste of money. I've had many crappy bongs break from minor bumps...but my well made ones last and last.

i've got bongs by many different companies, there must be something wrong with the way you are handling them, because I haven't broken a single bong.

Your talking about the difference of 500$ on the strength of a joint.

You can continue to justify it to yourself, but it will never make sense to me. Even straight tubes from roor which are pretty oridnary can run upto 300$ when the same design and thickness from another company could cost 30$.

The bistabil joint has gotta do a whole ton more for me to warrant a 10x price increase, if it made me sandwich's I might consider it.

Weedstar glass may function all right, but the standard of construction is iffy at best. Glass blown in China, assembled in europe.

If all you want is a solid tube, with a perc in it, check out wildrock on Edit, or Percolated. Co.uk. Solid, american made pieces....
I have a 10 arm, straight which is my daily driver... I also have two German Roors (only American roors have percs) and the quality of roor glass is almost unmatched for the price..... Toro, and Sovregnity are about the only companys who maybe have similar standards.

Speedy, you are the one trying to justify your own purchases. I'm happy with what I have, and I enjoy them all very much. I prefer thick heavy glass and solid construction. I can afford them so it's not a problem for me.

Weedstar has a terrible reputation and you can do much better for the same money.

Zenit (Germany), Snob (Amsterdam) and 4.0 Glass (US) are also high quality like the other american brands Twichaldinho already mentioned. But the funktion is always the same.

btw I love my dick getting bigger and bigger...
