Amsterdam Zoo

It sounds like a good idea to mowzie around the zoo after a few smokes with the mrs, is it open this time of the year does anyone know?

It's open - also it's one of the places you can use the Holland Pass. Worth checking out if you want to hit at least 2 museums/attractions and save some money to boot.

the animals don't have much space there... the place is depressing if you've been to a wildlife park

Was there about 10 years ago! was ok but like winnie says they arnt all that much space for the pollar bears etc.

Elephants? omg,Lots of hawks & wild dogs when i was there! & a huge hippo also,It munched about 5-6 big cabbages & lettices right after each other lol.

Lol now they have éléphants, zebras, bears, sealions, ... But it's freaking expensive, I think we paid 18,50€ per person

We are going here, got the Holland Pass. Did the extra cold ice bar, too.

Butterfly garden is usually enjoyable for the ladies. Was cold when we went, so was nice and warm in there :D Only place seemed to be to small was elephant display, but there was a sign claiming construction is planned. Actually one of the least sad soons I ever been to...........which is only about 4-6 from recent memory :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
