If shrooms and other hard drugs are illegal, what do smart shops sell? Are they legitimate businesses?

They're shops that sell legal highs, including salvia and truffles (very similar to shrooms).

What do they sell?
They sell "everything" what gives you a little punch - a little high, most from herbs what mixed in a way where the producer promise that works. They sell all the legal highs and the question what they will sell also if class - a drugs a illegal is for sure something to thought about cause why the hell they should sell you
ANY illegal things?
Go to your own crack n*** in your own fucking town and try to buy your illegal shit and leave us alone with questions like it
There are smart like head and coffeeshops
all over the place in the dam.
They all sell more or less "good" quality and they all do
for sure legitimate bussiness.
