Just get yourself something from the cs's and go and smoke it in Vondel Park or any place that allows marijuana smoking but doesn't sell it like Mr Coco's or even Barneys bistro (Not the main coffeeshop just a couple of doors down the road)

It's my first post here so I'd like to say hi to all of you

I was born on 10th Nov 1989 and I'm going to the Netherlands in March. Would it be a problem for me to enter a coffeeshop and buy weed?

maybe..some shops have a bouncer..some not..in shops like amnesia the budtender may ask u for ID when u look too young...and u are too young....but i did it like u .. was there the first time with 17 and managed it to enter 3 out of 10 shops i think...but i never thougth of staying in this shops after buying my weed...
