i'll back this guy up in a way... was at betty boop too in 2011. some asian guys tried to pay the nice asian owner chick with a 500 euro note. she asked for something smaller as she did not have enough change and they gave her 100 euro note. not sure if she would ever take one but she implied if she had the change she would have. either way if this guy says he saw it why would boner doubt it? it's not some once in a lifetime event.it's not like some guy paid with rupees and got shorted with his change in thai baht. also back in 2008 the asshole at noon tried to fuck me on the change. it has happened at other times in a couple of other shops. i go to a lot of shops ,however, so it might just be a numbers game in that mistakes happen once in a while,however, from my travels all over europe it seems like they love to scam and customer service is ,generally,weak.( authentic sushi places seem to give great service,however.) i like to go to frenzi but their customer service is only ok. no biggie just used to the fast service in US. still remember my buddy getting his money eaten at the pac man game at one of the cs and the chick giving him the so sorry shrug. typical in europe . here it would be no question" heres your measly quarter or whatever back" on a side note i hope this current government goes down the fucking tubes . coffeeshops policy is such a wonderful system that works . it should be a beacon for the rest of the world instead they are scrapping it to appease the idiots who are ,unfortunately, the norm of the human race.

I don't know if this helps, but i was in TGP in june, bought 80 Euros worth of weed with a hundred, and the guy gave me 30 Euro change... Can't all be bad!

Its hit and miss in the Harrlemmerstraat branch, they have tried to up sell me quite a few times in here. Service is usually OK. Once a dealer said take a seat and he would let me know when the white choco was back in(15 mins)and he did which was cool. Its not an excuse nut they do get loads of foot traffic and stupid British kids going ‘oi bruv, whats better amnesia haze or amnesia skunk? whats better cheese or cheese skunk?’
