haha, it was not my conversation so I did not want to divulge the details on here. Fully agreed with you though bro. Funnily enough I saw you at least two more times after this...

Day Two - Part Two
On the phone is the guy who until recently had been my cousin's house mate of five years and previous attendee to four of my trips to dam. He asks where I am, I say Amsterdam what do you think? He goes I'm at a phone box just off Damrak. I start asking stupid questions like how long have you been here? where have you been? before remembering the important one, whereabouts on Damrak are you. I get an ummm, errrr kinda of response, so I'm like well what are you near, ummm, errrr. Right meet me near KFC I tell him, he knows where that is so that's where we'll meet. I explain to my cousin and he isn't sure whether this is not some kind of joke. We get on to Damrak fairly swiftly and start walking down towards KFC, we can see my cousin's old house mate who I'll now call M.

When we get to M, there is a raft of obvious questions thrown at him: When did you get here? When did you decide to come? What have you been up to all morning? How long are you here for? How much was the flight? He'd got here at 11ish after a delayed flight that he'd just booked that morning, not been able to get hold of us until now, had been to a bunch of coffeeshops but only purchased in a few as he said most had been busy, had no return flight booked and had paid an awful lot of money to fly over. Now the conversation heads back to what to do, I want a coffeeshop (at least the hotel is out of the window now M has arrived) - M doesn't but want to but is offering up now alternatives, my cousin mentions being hungry and M agrees. So we decide to eat at KFC (again) and then head to a coffeeshop.

Finished at KFC and now time to get ourselves sufficiently high. I suggest Green Place, no one disagrees so we head there. Green Place is packed, no seats but I want some Lemon Larry so I grab a gram of that real quick. Basjoe is just down the road and has a really good reputation on ACD so let's head there. We get to Basjoe, I order some Amnesia Haze, spot the glass bottles of coke and order a bottle, M gets some G-13 Haze and my cuzzie gets some hash. I sit down and realise the coke is actually in plastic bottle, I have to make sure I ask for a glass one next time. Strap up a zoot of Amnesia Haze which was absolutely superb, I have a good record of this as friends were texting from the UK at the time and I said it was one of the best things I'd had.

Day Two - Part Three
Chilling in Basjoes for a while and I finally get why Basjoe has such a good reputation on here, it is a great place to chill out and smoke weed. Previously I'd only bought here and not understood why it was so popular as the staff had seemed almost standoffish, it's not that they are just super chilled. After various smokes and drinks a table near the bar becomes available and we've already decided we are staying for a while so we nab it. M goes to the toilet and seems to be having some difficulty with the door, James says push it, M says I think theres someone in there, James says there will be in a minute if you can get the door open, absolute comedy gold. We were creasing at this point! Smokes were flying round and we seemed to have been there hours (we had.) There's pretty much no one in the shop except us and one guy sat at the counter. I try to convince the guys we should hang out until the ACD toke and talk later in the day. The guys are not so enthusiastic and we agree we'll make a call at eight O'Clock. I'm running low on bud so I go to the counter to grab some more, near enough everything I ask about is unavailable so I ask for recommendation and am pointed in the direction of the G13 Haze. G13 is great, a few more hours pass, my cousin intermittently stops and starts smoking and both M and the guy at the counter fall in and out of sleep a few times. It's nearly nine O'clock now and my cousin wants bed - I'm resisting, but something I haven't mentioned until now, I hear this song - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4iYpvynb0U for the maybe twentieth time that day (they've had one CD on repeat all afternoon), come cuzzie lets go!

As we walk away from Basjoe to the hotel, we all realise we are pretty hungry and end up going for a kebab at some place in the RLD. The kebab was superb but we had smoked a lot of bud that day so anything pretty much would have tasted superb. Before the kebab shop me and M had talked about meeting up at about 10.30 once he'd been back to his hotel but it was now nearly half nine so he wouldn't have time to rest so we agree at 11.15 outside my hotel. We head to voyagers before hotel so we have plenty to smoke, a gram of something each for the hotel room, see USBONGLORD and luvtick behind us at the counter but don't introduce myself and say I might make the toke and talk in case something goes wrong and I don't. Me and my cuzzie head to hotel room and continue smoking, he gets into bed but I can't do that as I need to stay up to head back out. 11.10 comes i go down and wait outside until about 11.25, get the munchies walk down the road grab two tubs of ben and jerrys, come back wait some more. Get bored so back to the hotel room, me and my cuzzie munch off the ben and jerrys then crash before the last day.

Day three
Wake up about 8.45am, quick zoot shower etc then down for breakfast. At breakfast we consider what the best plan of action is to meet with M today, we decide that we'd mentioned funky monkey and that would probably be the best place to go if he is to find us but first lets go voyagers for a smoke. Hand in the key and plug converter at the hotel and round to voyagers. As we enter the shop I see USBONGLORD and luvtick with a group of people that I can only assume are ACDers, I consider approaching them but remember that I have a clear plan of action and should not risk getting sidetracked by people who smoke ridiculously strong oil! Grab a couple of coffees but no bud as we've got quite a bit left to get through, I think we'd bought enough bud there in the last three days to come in and buy a drink without any. Sit at the bar style seats near the windows and get our smoke on, M arrives but has not organised a flight or checked out of his hotel so goes away to do that and arranges to come back. After we've drank our coffees and are sufficiently baked go stand outside to wait for M as the shop is getting pretty crowded and we don't want to take up seats as we aren't planning on staying.

M gets back to us just as we were thinking let's fly over to Funky Monkey as he's been ages! We decide to head to Amnesia as my cuzzie is not keen to have to ask to use the ladies at Funky Monkey again as the mens only has a urinal. This is good news though as me and M fancy a milkshake, not gonna happen though. Amnesia is standing room only again. Abraxas too again then, I buy a gram of some hash maybe called Himalayan or something similar was a decent smoke. Grab the boom hot chocolates again and head upstairs here for a chill. Wifi connection that I set up yesterday sends my phone nuts as I get emails from work and personal emails, whatsapp messages and facebook stuff all at once. We have a decent smoke here for an hour or two and head over to Funky Monkey.

Arrive a Funky Monkey and my favourite budtender is working, I haven't seen her all trip so that is nice. Get some Kaligria and get some drinks on the house for helping with pool table the day before. We have an awesome smoke session where we build various big spliffs to get rid of our various stashes except Ms PH89 or whatever it was from Central which was awful. Grab some S5 and Amnesia Haze at some point and continue to smoke spliff after spliff. At one point when collecting empty bottles the budtender mentions that we are having a real party over here. We also have some girl come and join us for a while which was awkward as she was near enough falling asleep. She left us once another table became free which was much better to be honest. About 4.30pm we built the last three joints, two to smoke there and one for the airport.

Leave Funky Monkey and head to Paradox for some Space Cake. I grab two and M grabs one. Walk to train station is fun, straight to Burger King, large Chicken Tendercrisp meal then go Ben and Jerrys shop for a Phish Food Milkshake. Jump on train, get to airport rapids. Eat one space cake, M eats half his - my cousin hasn't been smoking for a while now so me and M head out to smoke the last zoot while my cuz grabs some cheap baccy. Smoke last zoot its Amnesia Haze and sets me right for my flight. Try to find my cousin, struggle, tell M to whilst I get another Chicken Tendercrisp. Go through the airport, yam other space cake and then grab a caramel hot chocolate from starbucks before boarding. Flight home is forgettable and I'm back in Leeds

Key Findings:
Lemon Larry is my favourite tasting buds ever.
Kaligria is one of my favourite buds period.
OG 18 is consistently both a bit poxy looking but ridiculously strong.
I need a trip to dam with someone who consumes as much as I do at home.

Update to day two:
Met some really cool American growers in Funky Monkey who gifted us the Liberty Ice they had been gifted at Barneys, thanks it was appreciated.
