Sour diesel

Only tried two Diesel strains the last time I visited, both from the Grey Area, and both worth your money - the East Coast Sour Diesel and the Headband (OG Kush x Sour D). I'd go for the ECSD - clearer fuel funk aroma, stronger mindfuck head high, and overall better bud! The Headband is a little stonier, but not stoney enough to justify the loss in head high potency, and not as tasty (albeit by a small margin) in my humble opinion. It's great bud, though, make no mistake - so get both if you can/feel like it - but if you had to pick one I'd take the ECSD. Shame I bought 3.5g of the Headband and 1g of the ECSD, and not the other way around, but the Headband smelled better and it was a strain I had yet to sample.

Also just tried some Sour Diesel from Dampkring (Haarlemmerstraat), at 11€/g. Smells and tastes wonderfully strong, hits you real hard both in the head and body, and lasts for a long time. (East Coast) Sour Diesel is far superior to (Soma's) NYC Diesel, if you're asking me - although that's still good bud, too. A pleasant thing to notice is that while other strains move into the hype spotlight (Hazes - particularly of the Amnesia and Lemon variety - and Kushes), Diesels are falling in price, while they're still some of the strongest strains around.
