Hello From The West Midlands

Post by Casimus »

Hello there!

Well firstly thanks for such a great website, ive been planning a trip to the Dam for a few months now and it has proved to be very helpful!

I have only visited Amsterdam once before around 3 years ago with a friend, I was so stoned I really can't remember much about it other than I had a great time and have longed to return ever since. Given than I am married with a little girl my wife hasn't been that keen on me returning (she's not so keen on weed) but I finally this year had an excuse!

When the announcement came on the potential tourist ban it made me feel sick (im not even that much of a pothead either) the thought of not visiting this great city once more was too much to bear, so I begged and begged and finally my wife allowed me to travel.

So I shall be visiting this fantastic city once more next week 8th-10th December to sample the delights once more, the reviews have been really helpful and im really looking forward to visiting Grey Area in particular, that Chocolope sounds fantastic!! Ive even booked a hotel really close by (Die Port Van Cleve) which looks really close on the map.

I suppose ill post some other stuff on the other areas of the forums but just a small amount about me, im 32 married with a little girl, I work as a Sales Manager. I don't smoke weed all the time (missus really doesn't approve) but when I get the chance I really like it.

Welcome to the forum.

You have been posted on the December Whos In Town page.

You can see who else may be in town during your stay.

Watch for Toke & Talks, I post them up to the last minute.
Or post one of your own. All I need is a date, time, and coffeeshop to post it.
As smeetiva points out, there is a Toke & Talk on the 6th.

By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.

https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/membe ... le&u=74798

I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.

You can do a little practice shopping on the Coffeeshop Menus page.
Any with arrows are less than six months old.
