We are going to need 3-4 boats at the rate we are gaining members....
As I understand it, this boat ride is planned for April 20th/2012 with a 1400hrs/2:00pm departure....a 2 hour tour will not leave much leeway to make our 4:20pm location and it will cut into the time that those who arrive the day/day before have to visit the 6-8-10 coffeeshops for the Hestia Cup voting. These are 2 of the reasons that we had it on the 21st last time.

Im with Trad. I do not think we should do it on 4/20 it should be on the 19th or 21st. Second, I think you should plan to do 2 trips with the big and people who like to sleep in ( IM not excluding you Lem) hehe can go on the 3 pm one ( I think we need at least 3 hours between the rides to not rush the first group back and the second group knows they have 3 hours to go smoke or shopping. I think we should just use the big boats so everyone has a chance to experince this with a group and not just two or three people in one boat, unless someone on here would like to do that then thats up to the boat owners. I think its poll time gapie.. Set up a poll and see what date works best and whether or not to just do two groups of big boats. Either way, it will be a blast. If its on 4/20, I do not think we will make it because of all thats going on that day.
