Rusland NL ICE

Been browsing the menu in search for some reasonnably priced Dutch hash and stumbled upon the Rusland's NL Ice at the seeminglly quite fair rate of 9€ per gram.
Has anyone sampled this material ? any comment ?

smoked this just over a year ago, was soft and crumbly and didnt need heated, wasnt a stand out smoke but was ok
