ALWAYS had 100% Delivery with attitude. (North America) I don't remember the first time I used them but have been hobbying for over a decade.
ALWAYS been happy with my orders as far as feeling I was actually getting what I paid for regardless of the price.
Surely I had a bean not sprout here or there, as well as a crazy lady who seemed to have been a stray. But who is to say if this is operator error, middle man, production, etc..?
Sometimes they have some amazing UFOs. I am always a fan of free genetics.
It may also be worth noting that I ALWAYS order my genetics IN THE ORIGINAL BREEDERS PACKET.

It's also nice to be able to track your shipment using Royal Mail/USPS websites.
Speaking of, I'm currently tracking delivery of a pack of Mr. Nice-Nevilles Haze.
btw, I avoid doing orders in the summer. The heat isn't good for seeds,
and they aren't kept cool once they leave the Attitude. I wonder if this is a
contributor to folks' seeds not germing?

If that happened to me, then I didn't choose wisely - I should have chosen the guaranteed delivery.
My second choice would be Attitude again, this time with guaranteed delivery. So what if I spend 7.95 on a t-shirt or mug or whatever, at least that guarantees they will keep sending until I receive my seeds.

I've bought a few times directly from the breeders, mainly Dutch Passion Seed Company and Amsterdam Seed Center (formerly Serious Seeds, I think). I highly recommend either one, both have outstanding reputations, and their customer service is as well.

As far as any seed breeder or distributor in the US, I would imagine that one would have to go through a MMJ dispensary, mainly because cannabis seeds are illegal in the US (WA and CO not withstanding, yet).

Did they give a reason as to why they won't resend?
Maybe see if you can file a complaint, your order is probably tiny business for them so really its not much to ask to resend unless they have a valid reason.

I misread, thought the delivery didn't happen.
I would have taken a picture of the entire order, highlighting the seeds that they sent, and highlighting the order sheet showing where THEY made the mistake.
Also good advice was given about filing a formal complaint, you never know...
If they did not rectify their error, I would blast them in every stoner forum. I might even make a video and post it on YouTube, if the situation called for such drastic measures (a few hundred $$$ would be reason enough).
I hope this shit doesn't happen to me, or anyone else for that matter... but shit does happen.

No suprise the biggest isn't the best. Canada shops might be best choice, as long as they got Nederseeds... I'm sure attitude has stoners working for em...

You think it is easy getting seeds through customs down your way? That place is zipped up tighter than zippy after all his zips have been done up and double locked then put in a safe and locked again.

Did you opt for the stealth packaging or have items taken out of their original packaging?

Just got my cream caramel and Girl Scout cookies this morning from attitude...I always get the original packs cause they give free mugs and hats and shirts away at the cup each year...Never had a prob...and they beans are always what I ordered...the paranoid and really careful folks always seem to get the bad end of the stick..lol..loosin up and shit will go yer way...some of ya and I know who ya are,just shoot yer selfs before the battle...just remember while yer gettin patted down keep it in yer hand,they never look there ...

Bong, you grown anything by rare dankness mate? If not any suggestions for a nice indica thats easy to grow and will yield nice for a 2nd timer.

Yah the first go nothing but seeds was ordered..No prob... Then the 2nd go a trinket was added to the mix... Maybe that's where the flaw is their internal operations could be? Stoner packing shit up can be like I shipped the trinket with seeds! No trinket, means only seeds are sent. I'd also bet the internal accounting for full, original packs is better than pick-n-mix style ordering. Perhaps a 2nd chance is in order because I really think its some internal flaw a dishonest worker is/can exploit.
