Pretty sure I read clonex was just a nutrient and didn't have any actual cloning chemicals in it, if you're in the UK then your local garden centre should have some, I use some organic stuff it stinks fucking horrible but it works, you'll probably already know this but try and clone off newer branches any older ones can and will take ages to root.

Iv heard bad things about clonex , any time I took cuttings I jus left them to root in a vase of water and they would take about 7-14 days .

Clonex is not just a nutrient. There are 2 main rooting hormones Indole-3-butyric acid and naphthaleneacetic acid and clonex uses the first one. USBL which one does Olivias use? I would bet that Clonex causes problems from one or more of its other ingredients and not the rooting hormone.

I would be very wary of using anything that says, "Not for edibles" on the label. Maybe it's not a problem if the product is smoked, but why take the chance?

Stuff I've got just now is Clonex and I have to agree--Its just not good enough Ive had a few failures with it. cheap rooting powder you bought from any garden centre done the job, maybe time to get back to the simple methods.

Or, as Cisco said, just use water.

My friend bought an airstone/pump, a window box and a swimming float, and roots cuttings with the minimum of fuss. They don't need to be kept humid and they can be quite large too.
