Ok, so I have been having stoned thoughts about this recently.
If a grow house gets raided, its growing Sensi (seed free weed) to be sold into the cannabis market, its 'possesion with intent to supply/distribute'. What would happen to a breeding facility if it got raided. Surely the charge of 'possesion with intent to supply' could be argued, as it is not the intention to sell the raw produce, but sell the seeds. Would need to make sure that you clearly were not a dealer and a breeder, but I am sure you could argue the difference in court.
I dont know anything about laws and such really, but its just a thought. Whats anyone elses thoughts on this?
UK Breeding Laws
Re: UK Breeding Laws
Theres still cultivation laws, but surely its a lesser crime/more arguable than the whole distribution thing, right?
Re: UK Breeding Laws
Although seeds are legal growing cannabis isn't, you might get the intent to supply dropped but they'd still throw everything else at you.

Re: UK Breeding Laws
I'd guess so as you'd only be charged with cultivation, it's wheter the judge would see it that way, people are still getting prison terms for just growing so it's a worry.
The number of plants makes a big differance so if you did go down that route keeping the numbers down would help.
