Hello everyone looking for some advoice

Im thinking of going to amsterdam for 12 months or so,i have been twice before for 10 days just for smoking trips
so kinda know my way around.Im just wondering is anyone on here moved over or living there that can give me any advoice on getting full/part time work in a bar hostel coffeeshop anything really to get me started i have a few grand saved up as well...

Hello Brian and welcome.
I was in town for a few days up until yesterday and during my walkabouts saw at least 4 bar staff jobs on offer advertised in the windows of the respective establishments.
They were decent places in and around Nieuwmarket and Zeedijk doing drink and food, applicants to drop in personally with CV on at least 2 of them. They want to see what they're getting not just 'fairytales' by e-mail.
Get a cheap flight on a Mon-Weds and trawl on foot during the daytime when it is quiet.
