Sonicblue, the Gunpowders got one hell of a kick just sprinkle some into a joint or on top of a bowl of weed and it'll rock!

Cheers Mazdog, I was that ill I seriously thought I'd have to go home early, but by the next day I was well enough to get out and about but I wasn't 100% until about 1 week later!

Hey boner that's quite a list. What were you're favorites? Anything to avoid? You're recommendations have proven themselves on a trip last month. I'll be going again first week in July and can't wait to try the gunpowder from Stix. Do all the Greenhouse shops have the same menu? Thanks man, looking foward to any more info on your trip :D

Nice list Boner - sound like the Dam is riddled with flu right now......I had one day feeling real bad - fortunately I woke up the next morning a lot better but that one day cost me a bloody fortune in orange juice!!!!

I never made it to Stix as it was closed when we went past, but it was a nice walk none the less.

Regine in Haarlem was a complete mystery (the only coffeeshop on my whole trip I failed to find!!!) I got to the point marked on my map, but found myself in the middle of Haarlem's shopping street - but again appreciated the walk and found a lot of other CS in Haarlem.

Right I'd avoid the Greenhouse to be honest, the weed wasn't dry enough I ended up throwing my joint of GWS away and the Hawaian Snow wasn't very nice IMO, I'd also not bother with the AK47 from HGF, it used to be a top shop but I dont think its as good as it was and I'd also avoid the PP from Central it too was a little too damp still and finally the Orange Bud from Kadinsky was nice and sweet but the coffeeshop wasn't my favourite the lady working there was clearing up and she just took my coffee away even though I hadn't finished and she didn't even ask! (makes me glad I didn't tip her in the 1st place)

The Regine is a strange one, I had seen it when I was there in April so I had a rough idea where it was, then when I went looking for it I was slightly confused luckily the missus is getting loads better with her bearings in Haarlem and we found it without too much trouble, shame about Stix as the one on Korte Koningsstraat has one of the best views any coffeeshop has (IMO its just as good if not better than sitting outside Amnesia) - It wasn't flu I had it was the most intense stomach cramps I've ever experianced in my life, the next day I was at Pink Floyds chatting to the dealer, he asked me how I was to which I returned the question and he replied "Much better for seeing a familiar face although I've been suffering stomach cramps the past couple of days" so I'm guessing thats where I got my illness from but what better place to be ill? ;)

AWESOME ! This is what won two wars and a World Cup ! (lol)

Just done the GBP conversion on this and near as dammit it gives:-

52.5g @ £240 which amounts to £4/gram ....and... £28/ quarter oz (7g).

Which is good.....in fact it's excellent considering the primo quality of all your purchases. Six days.....9g/day ....£36 /day...between two people or £18 each if equally shared. Plus I guess food and drinks, it hardly breaks the bank.

Watch these reports...I may attempt to follow in your footsteps in two weeks time. (btw..what footwear has the 'Boner'-'resists all cobblestones' reccomendation ?).
