Went to Riks museum. Great experience, lots of unique paintings.
Got lost, been here 6 times now and still end up lost everythime.
I think what I do is get really high on the Sativas and start thinking "Im barely even buzzed" and proceed to leave the shop on my way to my next destination and then Boom! I'm really high and Im really lost.
I also saw a young dutch kid who had set up a hot chocolate stand out on the frozen Prinsengracht canal. Camera batteries were dead by this time. :(

Rookies:
Nice shop with several tables and a nice wooden interior. Budtender was helpful and cheery.
Looked first at the Rosiha (a ssh hybrid) a past cannabis cup entry I had been wanting to try.
It was just small buds in the tub looked shyte. Same issue with all but the Amnesia Haze (I think) that I purchased. Sat at the window street watching the street.
Amnesia Haze: This was pretty bud, looked well cured and crystally, sadly thats where the good stuff ended as it was chemically and smoked badly, very little buzz. 6/10.
Overall: I'd say if your younger this would be a good shop to chill in. Try the bud maybe I just came at a bad time or end of batch...

Dampkring 1
Cool wooden exterior that continues on the inside. Hot and decently friendly female budtenders. Busy shop, especially compared with the local shops close to my apartment. Again sit by the front window to smoke and had a hot chocolate which is very tasty. They give you warm milk that has a stick with a lump of belgian chocolate on it Wonderful!
Never been here before but I did like the one on Haarllemerstraat and always wanted to try the original
I bought A G-13 cross (C-5?): Nice crystally bud. Great haze taste. Good buzz but a little short on longevity.8/10
Habibi Rifman Hash: Great stuff pic and description posted above.9/10

Kadinsky
Just a buy n fly from here. Budtender friendly and showed all the bud I wanted to see. Didn't see the sitting area. They had Dr. Grinspoon for 12 euro so I was like heck ya let me see that, um.... yah it was a block that much favored many block of mexican brick weed I saw in younger days. Apparently this is the trim off the plants the budtender said was picked up and bricked. He claimed same buzz. I passed.

Cheese(can't remember if it was marked as bbc or not) Good smelling fruity, skunky and cheesy. Tasted the same way it smelled. Favorite tasting so far. Effects were strong and had a medium length of buzz time

Cheese

trans himalaya(sp) hash: great stuff Nice soft high quality black hash. Minty and smoked very well. Easy to roll into joint sausages. 8.5/10

Whelp, I'm out of bud so I'm off too 1 E Hulp. Also gonna try to find some Dr. Grinspoon or Quaze. Will report again when I get a chance.

I'm really interested to see whether Dr. Grinspoon is worth the money. :)

I've been going through the coffeeshop menus online and it's hard to really work out where the best value for money is.

I will definitely get some quaze haze. No doubt about that.

I'm just looking for good strong weed at a decent price.

La Tertulia
Nice shop for the mature stoners and ladies. It is run by a mother/Daughter combo in a very chilled way. I really like the interior with the plants and mini pond. Plus plenty of windows for people watching.
They also serve some pretty good food. Very much a Parodox like atmosphere.

Kali Mist
Light green with visible trichs. Smelled of a light lemon lime smell. The taste was alot like the smell and also very light. The buzz was a medium strength Sativa buzz, low strength for me but I also smoke for flavor so on that point I liked it. 7/10

BBCSmelled slighly cheesy and fruity. Tasted weird however kinda chemically. Pretty, but weak and crappy tasting bud. Avoid right now at least. 5/10

1eHulp

Nice shop with a decent upstairs and a small downstairs smoke section. There was also a pool table didn't see the cost though. Nice and helpful budtender. I was a little disapointed with this shop however as I was expecting more from the herbs.

Sour Diesel
Looked ok. Smelled diesely but only slighly. One of those times I should have passed. Tasted very slightly of diesel/skunky. Effects were light also. Not reccomended. 6.5/10 11.50e g

Lemon Haze
Smelled lemony and hazey and tasted the same. Effects were medium strength and lasted the same. Ok sample 7.5/10

I will try this shop again as I saw they had Amnesia for 10e a g and it looked bomb plus it's what most locals were buying. I think maybe I got a bad batch or maybe my tolerance is through the roof as I've been smoking on 20 years on a daily basis at home.

*Also no pics for Saturday or Sunday, forgot camera. Will get some today.

Sunday February 12, 2012
This was to be a great day. I went to go to Papillion but realized after a 20 minute walk that I had googled a different store also named Papillion. So, i proceed to get lost for about an hour and ended up in the centrum which I know reasonably well and can get along with no map.

Voyagers
This was the first stop and a buy n fly because I wanted to hit stones first for breakfast. They were out of Kosher Kush Highlyblessed said they would have some soon however. So I buy Kaligria(sp?) and go to Stones. Then return after breakfast. The shop has been redone since I was there last year I believe. It seemed cleaner and more Inviting. I loved the stools in front of the windows. Good coffee. Lets see if all the hype is true!?

Kaligria
Good fruity/Hazey tasting bud. Nice smooth smoke. Had a strong High type buzz. Nice tasting Haze. 8/10

Kosher Kush
Mmmmmm...mmmmm. This herb smells so good and tatstes even better. It's a lemon lime, fruity, kushy taste/smell thats the best smelling or tasting bud I have had so far out of the last 4 days. The effects are also very strong in effect and length of buzz time. Yes! More of that Indica kick I love so much. 9/10

Stones Cafe
Was shocked how tiny the coffeshop was. I looked at the Dr. Grinspoon. It looked shyte but I bought it anyways from reviews.

Dr.Grinspoon
Maybe this was a bad batch but I got very little effect from this and was glad I only got 10e worth. 4/10

Coffeshop Johnny
This place is no good for chilling as they make you smoke in a tiny little gglass walled room the size of a couple of phone booths. If however you are close and up for a buy-n-fly then it has good bud and friendly tender.

Amnesia-Cheese
Good cheesey smell and taste. Nice strong effects. 10.50e g. 8/10.

Cheese
Very nice sample of the cheese. the best cheese type I have had yet. Nice strong smell of skunk/sheese. Also nice strong cheesy taste. Strong effects, second best bud I have had after the Kosher Kush. 8.5/10

Went to De Klas for dinner. Got the ribs. They were even better this year than ever! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

Whelp, Im off to spend the day at the Albert Cuyp market and visit Katsu and Club Media. Later

Have a fun day! Mmmm love the weed at Media. (And if you like indicas, they have good ones. I recommend the Hindu Kush/ Pot of Gold/ and Lemon Skunk- whichever of those is the nicest grow/cure right now would be my pick.)

Also, De Graal is right nearby and has lovely Amnesia Haze much of the time.

Hi dconstrukt,

Thanks for the tip.

Do you know how long it takes to get there from the centre by tram?

I would really like to know the name of the place if anyone else knows the name?

Cheers!
