Something that caught my eye in the article. Made me think of a few C/S's and their guesstimates of potency.
"And there's people doing plain-old 'dry-labbing' — they take a sample, make a guess, put a number on it and send it out."

i do know that various american tobaco companies already have registered names for commercial marajuana incase it is legalised - marlbro marleys
as soon as governments and big business get involved then they have to show whats in their goods so showing strengths etc would be the next thing
