Is zero-zero hash any good?

I'm looking for some cheap hash to temporarily store in the postbox (and should the postman accidentally send it to my address while its in there, well then its not my fault!)
I've found some places that sell zero-zero for 4e a gram. Is this any good for the price? I'm not expecting it to be amazing but its hard to find decent hash in the UK so it must be better than soapbar?
Any recommendations?

4e hash from a coffeeshop will be crap. Unlikely to be much better than soapbar at that price.
It won't really be zero zero either, that's theoretically the finest grade of sieved hash - more likely to go for 10+

I got some downright good zero-zero from 1e Hulp. Fresh, soft, and super clean. A little more expensive though at 7e/g.
