just wondering if anyone has stayed here? i've read its a dump but i'm hoping its smoker freindly.

After reading the reviews on TA, I wouldn't want my own worst enemy to stay there. Nowhere did I read about smoking, so you may want to email/call them.

This place was dreadful from start to finish. We booked for 2 nights and when the deposit was collected, they took the whole damn lot. The hotel was filthy from top to bottom, I wouldn't be happy with a rat sleeping here let alone paying customers! When we arrived the reception was locked with no note, eventually after much knocking the receptionist appeared from the loo and told me off for making noise! Shared bathroom (with other rooms) with barely enough room to move. No bin in either the bedroom or the bathroom. We couldn't bear to stay the second night and asked for a refund which I still haven't received 4 months later. I wrote several times complaining and asking for refund of second night and never heard back. Don't stay here. I'd like to stay it was cheap and that you get what you pay for it but it wasn't cheap. I've stayed in hostels for less and they were cleaner and safer!
