Cool! So the nominees for the Hestia Cup are Grey Area, Basjoe, 420/de Kuil, Voyagers, Dampkring and Katsu.
As you say, visits to four of those are already scheduled: Voyagers on Monday 16th, Saturday 21st and Monday 23rd; Grey Area on Wednesday 18th; Basjoe on Thursday 19th and 420/de Kuil on Friday 20th.
If the plan is to finish the Cup on the 20th then I guess the visits to Voyagers after that don't help. It looks like 6 members arrive on 17th, 7 more on the 18th, and 8 don't get there until the 19th! Others of us (well me anyway) are likely to be sleeping off the previous night in the Nes at 10am on Monday 16th. So, one way or another, I think we may need another visit to Voyagers later in the week.
There is some time available on the 20th before 4:20 at 420. Last year we went to Dampkring and did a webcam wave just before 420. We cut the time quite tight and some people got impatient to move so we waved a little prematurely. This year we could do the same but maybe a little earlier, say Dampkring at 1pm for instance?
A crawl around the Albert Cuypmarkt area including Katsu on the 17th sounds like fun. We could meet somewhere like Media, explore the market and finish up in Katsu. Maybe pop into some other places around there like de Graal, Papillon or, my favourite, Yo-Yo.
Of course, there is the problem that many people won't have got there by then. Maybe someone would like to organise an intensive catch up crawl on the 19th or something.
What does everyone think?

Just to remind you folks, atleast 25 shops normally end up getting votes regardless of who was on what nominee list. With that in mind I suggest voters simply fill in their forms for every shop they visit. Basjoes aint what it used to be, neither is Utopia. Besides, Voyagers will win anyway.
If you guys are wantin me to count the votes this year, I have a few 'rules' for y'all.
1. Voters ACD name must be on each voting form.
2. All boxes on the voting form must be filled in. (1 box for 'product')
3. 6pm 4/20 deadline for all voting forms to be handed in.

.
Good to see you around. I've been posting details of meets in the Nes without confirming with you first

. Hope all is OK and that we can use Nes as our HQ as usual.

I thought Utopia was better than it used to be.

I'm new to the voting on the Hestia Cup, is there a link to the voting form so we can print one out to bring with us? Don't want to make someone else have to print out a bunch of these.

Once the content of the form has been decided it can be drawn up and ya can print them off. Then if it's ok with the lady in charge, I suggest to start from April fools day

and let it run for the first 20 days of the 4th month, closing 6pm 420. That should give all the early birds a chance to vote too.

It is, which was my point, but who visited it last year...or Voyagers the year before.

OOOHHH!! That would be so cool. I would love it if I could participate in the voting this year. Still gutted that I'm not going to make it for the party.

Hi all sorry for being away for a wile but i've been super busy. it's amazeing how much there is to do after a spouse dies. Well after Larrys death I wasn't going to come over for the 420 cup this year because .....because......because ! there were a lot of reasons not to come . But on the other hand there were a lot of reasons to come on ahead to Amsterdam.
So I desided to split the difference and just come over for two weeks April 12 to April 26. the orignal plans were for a month. and Larry was going to come over too but thats not going to happen now.
But I despertley need some time away from it all and the Dam and the 420 is an excellent way to do it. It's going to be good to see and party with all of you-all.
