Steak and a smoke?

Can anyone recomend anywhere where you can toke up and get a decent steak?

No. While there are some smoker friendly places to eat, they mostly cater to tourist. Pop into La Grotte on Haarlemmerstraat near Dampkring and Barney's... it used to be a coffeeshop, but now is a restaurant that allows smoking cannabis, actually encourages it. great menu, can't remember if there's a steak on it, but could be...

now remember this, La Grotte is good, but like Balou said, those threads and Loetje are the best recommendations for real steak experience.

Most little places on streets off the Liedesplein,will allow you to smoke on their terrace,especially Lange Leidsedwarstraat,walk down from the square heading towards Rookies and if you ask if you can smoke you will be catered for,just make sure their are no families or golden citizens sat at a table beside you.
