How to smoke hash

Most of the solid resins (so not the oily/black or powdery types) do well with a little burn to soften them and crumble nicely.

Sometimes depending on the type of resin I don't find it tastes that nice in a pipe, it can be a bit too harsh, although mixing with weed can help, or just put a blob of hash onto the bowl of weed, I never do it with tobacco in a pipe.

A good thing to do is say only add in the resin at the lower end of the spliff, that way you can really taste the change as you go from pure weed to nice cocktail, mmmm. Infact I pretty much always make a trip to the Bluebird to get some Pavarti Pollen specifically to do nice weed/hash cocktails (although when I went last December I didn't rate the batch they had that much).

Can also be handy to give a spliff a bit of boost if the weed's not that great, or fancy an extra strong one.
