this is a big blow for the scene!! they really are trying to make things hard!!
I had their Sour D in 2008 and it was excellent. I must admit after the booze ban, the place lost a lot of the atmosphere for me. My wife loved their fresh OJ though. I spent a lot of time on my first couple trips here. RIP

Are they already closed, or has a date been given for closure? The more I think about this the more sad I feel.

Very sad news, my wife's favourite, always good atmosphere/mix of tourists and locals, fittest barmaids, some of the best music and great decor-if there was a dictionary definition of "coffeeshop" there would be a picture of the interior of the Lange Leidse branch next to the entry. Lost count of the amount of times emerged from that dark hole, blinking, into the light, wondering what time it was!

I'd like to know if they've already shut down also, has anyone seen them open since Sunday?

Sure I read in those docs posted in the other thread that they have/had 2 weeks to sell their stuff before they close, but then this was also posted:

But I think those docs were also an appeal, so whether that counts from when the appeal was decided(denied?) - 6th March, then I think if they are still open it'll only be until the 20th :?

So, if anyone cold confirm that'd be interesting, as I get there on the 18th, so would have to go and pick up some souvenirs, last smoke etc.

Well, I can sadly confirm that it seems they were shut before I got there on the 18th (the one by the Central Station was the only one I checked). Shutters were down, but could see through into the first entrance bit and the furniture was all gone bar a few things in a small heap in the corner.

RIP Rokerij
