what is the age to buy stuff at a headshop(pipes, vapes, etc)?

If you have to ask you're too young.

I don't know about the rest of the world but you have to be 18 in the UK.

well the smoking age for tobacco over here in holland is 16, so i was wondering if the headshops were the same
