I might be wrong and overly cynical but I can't help but think someone who knows 'anonymouscontractor' found out they had been posting on a coffee shop/cannabis forum and they are now trying to cover their tracks.

You might want to try changing the password to your email account. If all they are doing is sending mail as you, this may well solve the problem.
