Unfortunately it's never been "too strong."
Perhaps time to try hash? I've only had limited experience in the past.

I agree that most strains seem to have quite a low 'ceiling' and quite quickly you can't get much more stoned. But that's only true if you stick to one type of bud, or just sativas or just an indica and don't mix them up during the day, which you need to in
order to keep lifting the ceiling of the high, and I as a quite heavy dope smoker need to cap off a heavy days smoking in dam with some strong Nepalese or high grade afghan hash, that definitely adds a whole new level to my buzz. And then there's the isolators to have at the end too if you really want to warp your brain that last bit

To us as strong smokers the warnings may seem dramatic, but to those who smoke little or never they're valid.

I work with some people who went to Amsterdam and wanted to try the cake. They were very, very unwell as they ate the whole thing in one go not realising what effect it would have.

Oh boy I could tell some cracking space cake stories from my years working in the coffeeshops, but right now I've got to clean up the shop and close up. soon though......

Hmm... going to have to try that. Can't say I've had the luxury of mixing up sativa and indica during my smoking day. Usually smoked what's available from the local source.
But availability is no longer an issue and if I can tell from the multiple bags which is indica and sativa... I gotta label these baggies!
And pardon my naiveness, but what's an 'isolator'?

It wasnt until i started reading this forum that my whole 30 yrs of smoking weeds and hashes all over the world made sense once i grasped the whole indica/sativa thing and suddenly realised what I liked and why.
Easiest way to start off is think of it as anything that is a haze like super silver haze or amnesia haze etc is sativa dominant as are most imported weeds like Thai and Jamaican and African that you could get in dam. These can be very strong but in a stoned in the head way and not so much cant move and could do with a kip! Conversely kush strains for example are mostly pure indica and hit the body and the eyes much harder - my preferred buzz Good Cheese is a strong indica dominant strain too and would add a new level of stone to any session! then you have a huge variety of strains that combine the best of both worlds like diesel, casey jones, White rhino, etc to fuck you up In a more complicated way

Isolator is an extraction of the trichromes (I.e pure thc) by various means like ice bags which turns a few ounces of cuttings and fan leaves that are worthless into a few grams of the most mind fuckingingly strong hash like stuff. Regulars here post alien-like textured goo pics and shit that's quite literally on another level of buzz. It's often called ice something or other on menus, basjoes Terminator was legendary though more of an oil really. Flick through old 'what are you smoking now' topic for pics.
