I have a factory unlocked iPhone 4 from . Is it possible to buy a local pre paid MICRO sim(Vodaphone or T-Mobile)?

i believe they do .
and if they dont :

you can also buy a normal simcard ,
go to apple store
let it get cut to size

Yes they should have the MircoSIM.

The Apple Store, at least the one's in the states, will not cut down a SIM and put it in to your phone. I know for a fact it voids your Applecare.
