Passengers on flight 420 to Amsterdam, proceed to gate G13
Re: Passengers on flight 420 to Amsterdam, proceed to gate G
Morning comrades, viva la Cannalution, whatever that means...
Just wanted to give those of you who will come to the Dice Man T & T a flavour of what to expect. You will be required to make decisions during the T & T by the roll of a die. But, you still have control over choosing what options to assign to each number of the die before the roil, so you don't entirely submit your free will. You also can load the die should you wish to, e.g choosing more numbers for your favoured options than for less favoured ones.
So, when you arrive at the T & T, allow the die to determine which strain you buy, which drink you have, how you administer your herb, etc
May the dice be with you.
2pm at La Tertulia.

Can anyone tell me which system solid or easy valve does 1e Hulp use?
Thanks in advance.

Time to pick up the pieces and try and recount the exploits of yesterday. Currently sitting in Club Media with a bong packed with silver bubble. Not sure if it will help jog the memory, but here goes...
Scroll back to Thursday evening and after an unsuccessful attempt to buy a slide, I briefly checked in at t,Nes. Downed a swift Gulpener and was just on my way out the door when Lemming arrived. After dropping into my digs I headed to de Graal for a goodnight toke. Felt like I was in Paris, as the butender girl and batgirl were both French and chatting away. I stayed at the bar to smoke and then plodded home for a deep slumber.
The room is cold, I awake in the morning and dive into the shower for warn respite. Bathed and breakfasted out and it's time to get on the tram and head for Voyagers...

Just realized I typo'd batgirl instead of bargirl (bartender) but gonna leave it uncorrected. Conjures up a nice image of crimefighting in the French Quarter of Gotham City.
Voyagers at 10.45 was already an ACD haven, awash with forum members, not all in a state of consciousness. Cracking morning session it was. Started off with some super sour skunk. Job description is a good one. Amongst the assorted attendees were Colino, Hillbilly&mamma, Nimrod, AZLaker, Gapie, Bishy69 and pal, matty223, Uncle Ron, Trad, Occasional Bowl, BigGuy, DrugsBunny, Spidergawd, Treetop and others too, including of course the host for the session, HighlyBlessed. And what a host he was, cracking out various solventless concentrates and firing up the rig for some hefty dabs for all who were prepared to give it a blast. Super tasting super high effects. Super yum. The session was a blaster!

Re: Passengers on flight 420 to Amsterdam, proceed to gate G
After leaving Voyagers most of the crew did the appropriate stoner next course of action and stumbled into Batavia for food and beers. I would have joined them but I had sonething else to attend to. On a recent business trip I happened to get chatting in a bar to a guy called Sharky, who turned out to be a budtender at Prix D'Ami. I had told him that the ACDers were having a T & T at PDA on 420 in memory of CatTales. So along with Occasional Bowl, we headed off there.
Now, PDA is a coffeeshop that has a young clientele, plays high energy loud music and is not e everyone's cup if tea. The place is huge. There is an off putting metal detector that you have to walk through and a bouncer guarding it was well. Inside the place is huge, with three enormous rooms, with low comfortable seating. There is also a pool room with 4 or 5 tables and two drinks service areas. One of the rooms on the top floor had enormous double bed sized sofas and I believe they show movies there.
We greeted Sharky and got very generous grams of bud (Jack Herer in my case) and some coffees on the house.
After purchasing we sat downstairs near the door on one of the large tables. Sharky came to chat for a while. I told him that the T&T was at 3pm and that there could be 15-20 people or so. Also told hom that one person is in a wheelchair, so we'll need some space downstairs. It should be cool.
Back to the subject of the metal detector at the door and the bouncer. The bouncer looked like he was off his tits. Singing along and even dancing to the music, had me in stitches thinking what an arse he was making of himself. But the bouncer aside, the staff there are good and it's very comfortable. Sharky says they're trying to create a more relaxed vibe with the movie room and it's available for large private groups. There was some kind of 420 do going on while I was there. I'll give the place a chance.

Re: Passengers on flight 420 to Amsterdam, proceed to gate G
By 2.45pm it's time to fly, off to La Tertulia for the Dice Man T & T. Meanwhile Gapie co-ordinated the troops in Batavia and some managed to steer a herd of ACDers over to the Jordaan to this very chilled coffeeshop. As has been widely reported, it's a mother and daughter run place. I often come here on my own, to chill, read a book, etc.
As we walked over I explained the point of T&T, to roll a die to decide things, such as which weed to buy, drink to have, snack to eat, etc. We are the first to get there, so I re-iterate about rolling the dice to decide. Initially I decide what to drink by choosing between three teas. If I roll a 1 or a 2 I'll have cherry and berries tea, 3 or 4 and it's lemon zinger something or another tea, 5 or 6 green tea. I roll a 1. Perfect, cherry. Next, the weed menu, decide to look at a few and choose three to roll for. Ice something looks good and Occasional Bowl says he'll have that and bypasses the rolling of the die to choose. I think I have persuaded him to roll the die to choose what to drink, but he just looks at the bartender and says "coffee please"
Ok, so this is going to be a struggle. I try to explain to a couple of other people but nobody seems to understand. Oh well. The heavily loaded die decided that I'm gonna buy some NYC Diesel,
Final decision to make, which toastie to have...much to Big Guy's subsequent amusement, the tomato, cheese and wasabi mayo toastie was the winner of that particular roll. I was all set to enjoy the rest of the session with a small glass house bong.
My head exploded, instant high with sharp intense flavour and powerful burn that soothes quickly, with mild perspiratiry side effect easing to a euphoric and warming afterglow. That was the result of the Wasabi toast, not the NYC Diesel. The sandwich turned out to contain Wasabi with a hint of mayonnaise, rather than mayonaise with a hint of wasabi. It was fun.
Time to go and a smaller group if us headed to 1st Hulp to carry on with the session...

Very good reporting as always. I had to laugh about the Wasabi toast part.

Re: Passengers on flight 420 to Amsterdam, proceed to gate G
Thanks guys and happy 420!
Currently having some chow at Nam Kee, then heading to Nes. The word from Gapie is that the 420 party is a big fail.
Will return to the main travelogue later, got roast pork to finish off now...

At the airport about to board the plane home. Will catch up with the in depth reporting in due course, but for now a few incoherent ramblings and words of thanks.
Was great to meet old friends and make more new ones. Trad, Big Guy, Lemming & J, Bishy69 & pal, HillBilly&Mamma, Gromit, matty223, Colina, Uncle Ron, Willjay, Jimi62471, Stuart1976, AzLaker, BigC, Spidergawd & Daughter, Hasj, BacktoDam, DrugsBunny, Winnie, Tutiflutes, Treetop, Slimy1, Dcontrukt, Bleak, ftcarer & missus, swizzy, Nimrod, Occasional Bowl, HighlyBlessed, NelZbub and of course Gapie.
So many highlights, but big shouts out to Voyagers & 1st Hulp for availability of oil rigs and blowtorches, not to mention top quality smokables to use in them. Was great to meet H3rby earlier today, the maker of the solventless Wappa 73 micron. The testing sessions with Treetop were classic and of course thanks to everyone who tried a wand hit, hope you enjoyed it as much as I do. Gapie, I've left the last bit of the Wappa extract with HB for ya. Take care, get high, do shit and above all, don't give a fuck!
Later dudes and dudesses
