Nice read, thanks...
Great that you had a reasonably good time... ;)
The next time we meet, I'll be sure to bring more oily cowbell goodness, lots more...
You, Hasj, and Colina returned home yesterday, and ALL of you are responsible for taking the beautiful weather with you... bastards.
Until we meet again, happy trails...

It was 8) they looked after us  cheers for that mate  we had a great time there & have added it to our must visit shops

Scroll back to Friday 19th and the end of the Diceman T & T at La Tertulia. The group splits up and some head for food while some of us head to 1st Hulp. Gapie, Bishy69, Bleak and Treetop, if my memory serves me correctly (unlikely). We take charge of the alcove table down in the pool room and a monster session commences. Treetop has a huge bag of samples for us to try out. It's a blind test as all the bags are numbered only.

We get through about 6 of them, numbers 1, 5, 6, 14 & 17 are amongst them. One by one we smell, sample, savour and pass judgment on each.

"oh, this one starts at the top of my head and melts downwards"

"opposite with this one, starts in the body and moves to the head" :o

"you know what I think I'm getting echoes from the previous ones now"

"I'm just too stoned now to tell the difference" 8)

...were amongst the gems uttered by Treetop during the session.

After an hour or two we move on, tram it to Utopia and carry on where we left off. Somehow we manage to identify number 22 as the top smoke. During this session I meet swizzy and we have a good chat and bit of banter (we had a tiff online a couple of weeks ago, but all is good). Also met a few others during this session but it was a heavy one and my memory of exactly who is fairly shaky. Hasj and Back2Dam were there but I'm fucked if I can remember who else.

By the time I leave Treetop has been introduced to the wand and is struggling to stay awake. According to Hasj, he nodded off shortly after I departed.

Pieminister next followed by an hour or two in Nes and spent time chatting with Nimrod. I have vague recollection of this part of the evening but leave just in time to get the last tram home. Two days in and it's already an epic trip!

He certainly did fall asleep at least twice, but I didn't leave him there to droop his head like we did with Colina. You were all wasted. I like the way the bong seems to be welded to your hand when you are smashed hehe. Pieminister is nice, I had one from the supermarket last night. It was good to smoke it up with you man.

Got to say you had me in fits of laughter. Was a great session and the fact we picked the winner correctly makes us well informed stoners or perhaps a 22/1 shot just came in.

Excellent TR really enjoying the read.

Very happy to meet Smirks and the small ACD team sitting in the sunny front window seats of Utopia on Friday pm.
Here's a funny stoner moment to share with you that I had with Treetop during some sample testing.... following our introductions I got passed a smoke to sample and it went like this.
Ttop " Try this and see what you think"
Me " Sure, what is it? "
Ttop - looks at bag "It says 18"
Me - takes a toke and after a short ponder "It's not that great, nothing like the OG18 I've had before, are you sure it's OG18?"
Ttop - looks at bag " It could be but I don't know what it is, it just says 18 on the bag"
Me "I don't think it is OG18"
Ttop "18 is the sample number we don't know what's in the bag"
Me "I'm sure it's not OG18 though" and then the penny dropped  "so the 18 on the label is the sample number then?"
Ttop - patiently looking over and smiling - "Yes, you've got it, so what do you think of it?"
Me - "erm it's a nice enough everyday smoke but nothing special, 6 or 7 out of 10 definitely not OG18"
At this point I decided to retreat into the background as I quite obviously wasn't suited to sensible conversation or rational thought processes, the earlier cocktail of Champagne Haze, Citrin and real OG18 had truly kicked in plus a few tokes of Sour Diesel.

Just one of many conversational difficulties encountered over a very enjoyable 4/20 weekend

Have to agree with you about number 18 not being as good as the OG18
