Greetings from Minnesota

Post by Runedog »

Hi everyone,

Thirteen days and counting until my girlfriend and I visit Amsterdam for a weeks stay. We're both really stoked and looking forward to a week of kicking back and relaxing. Other than the usual art museums and the like, does anyone have any must do/see suggestions while we're in town?

Welcome to the forum.

What dates will you be in Amsterdam?
I'll post you on the Whos In Town page.
You can see who else may be in town and any Toke & Talks that are planned.

A coffeeshop as long as you are in Amsterdam.

Enjoy

We'll be there from May 9-15th. Of course we'll be visiting a few coffeeshops (needless to say). We want to get into the country-side to see some of the more rural sights as well.

We'll probably find a tourist kiosk and go from there. Anyone who's going to be in town during this time frame, let me know. It would be fun to meet up with you. Staying near Centraal station.

Oh yeah, I'm a musicain. Any good jazz or blues clubs that you might know of. Music, good smoke and Amsterdam's world class beer- it doesn't get any better.
