Well...when they went from journey 1 to journey 2 the same sort of thing happened. They showed No Stock on their website and were silent and absent. I think it is a small company they put in an order - sell out their stock and then re-invest. Keep us posted if ya here anything. I also sent in a letter...got the same automated ticket number reply.....hummmSky wrote:On 1/7/14 when I sent my original email inquiry to Journey2.com I received an email back from Emmanuel Lemor, exlemor@gmail.com, as well as one from Journey2 customer service, which was a notification of receipt of my inquiry that included my ticket number and password. That was the last that I heard from Emmanuel or the company.
Since I received no reply to my inquiry, I assume that there are some liability issues that prevent a reply.

Re: Journey Pipe
I would be interested to know if any other Journey 2 owners have what appear to be rust spots on the surface of the bowl, or have any other concerns about the toxicity of the pipe.
Re: Journey Pipe
I haven't noticed any spots yet, but an increase in that metallic taste. It' subtle, but it's definitely there. So I kinda quite using it after a month (yeah, I know I raved about it at firsy ...). Have't had the heart to ditch it yet, but the metallic taste just puts me off. It's not worth my health and it's a bit of a buzz kill when it becomes too pronouncedSky wrote:I would be interested to know if any other Journey 2 owners have what appear to be rust spots on the surface of the bowl, or have any other concerns about the toxicity of the pipe.
