Anyone been busted growing?

my buddy was busted 2 weeks ago.....6 plants indoors,11 outdoors.........plus left over buds from previous year.....thats the bad news..........good news.... HE ONLY GOT A CAUTION..............2nd time busted in last 10 years,but in his favour is the guy is nearly pension age and virtually disabled so mebbe the cops felt sorry for him...but happy days that they were so easy going on him.......so maybe there is a ray of hope for the rest of us......good luck,good growing folks

/\ /\ If they got an eyefull of the 11 plants outside then I would be amazed if they didn't want to take a look inside and see whats what. He did have a lot to claim personals, I think in the present circumstances he got a result really and didn't get intent to supply, although proving that requires more than a largish amount of gear probably.

But for a more modest affair his character may have remained unblemished. .

We haven't yet got to the point where they dont chase us any more .

Get caught in the u.k, yer fucked, not just from the stripping of assets but the regular visits as they pass and yer neighbours thinking yer scum for a few plants. And all coz of a little snitch who dunna have the ball to go police direct they use crimestoppers, wtf lmao, the only good thing is unless you got a lot you are safe apart from the little record.

From experience I would say don't do it unless its legal in your country, mine is pretty light on the punishment imho. Oh and I have met a few of ya and you would get ate up and raped inside, boom

Pretty light but then again get caught with a 10 bag and its do not pass go or collect 200, see ya in 3 for your new ankle bracelet. Suspendeds always catch up with you, always.

DONT TELL ANYONE.....I had to get rid of a grow once becos i told someone about it i was well gutted.

Well i asked so what happens if you get caught again and he said even if he gets caught with a 10 bag he will be back in court to get his sentence

Seems a bit of a change to the courts approach lately, my m8 had 143 plants full irrigation (i loves them topspins ) a proper set up but maybe a few too many lights, just recently got sentenced to 2 years suspended I would say that is a Fucking result and maybe a step in the right direction from u.k judges.lol:
