Maybe, I'm seeing the same green screen. I'm running Adobe Flash Player 11 ActiveX 64bit 11.2.202.235. Been having a lot of videos that used to run yielding the green screen.

It's a flash video. What browser are you using? That is true on the iPad, no flash
But on a Mac laptop or Desktop safari does support flash
