Just wondering if it is possible to smoke/vap in a restaurant or cafe that doesn't sell cannabis. Wondering if the cafe/restaurant would need a licence like a coffeeshop or if it is okay for customers to smoke/vap as long as they don't sell?
The all you can eat rib rack on Leidseplein is a great place to eat drink watch sports and smoke weed! Went in with my local friend to watch the Chelsea Barca game. After the lovely ribs we were smoking fat heads while drinking beer. It's sort of a sports bar as there are a lot of TV screens so perfect for a beer and smoke. Doesnt look like a smoker friendly place but Defo is in the evenings.
I'll definitely check them out. With the Rokerij closed in the Leidseplein it will be good to have an evening venue. Cafe t Nes also sounds good.
Not so keen on Barney's lounges. I really want to like them as they are set out so well and seem very friendly - especially the little one on the corner that had scaffolding around for ages...it was so quiet and had a vap...but I always get a feeling that they are mostly about extracting maximum cash...lol...especially their breakfasts compared to greenhouse's.
