Cheap Drinks.

Post by benstraat »

I am a lover of a cheap drink.

The last six trips I have made have been with my gf, who isn't much of a smoker so around 8pm we shower, change, and go out for a pub / bar crawl and I take a smoke with me.

The Winston is good value, with their 2 4 1 deals, and various happy hours between 8-9pm.

Anyone know anywhere else where drinks are reasonably cheap?

Amsterdam is a expensive place .

For a pub i'd advice Cafe t Nes , or if you dont wanna smell like weed , molly malone's ( walk by voyagers by the right side of the building and youll quikly see it )

For drinking while walking / hotel room , definetly visit a Albert Heijn .
Relax and take notes , as I take tokes of the marihuana smoke

I know Amsterdam is an expensive place, I have been there you know!

Yeah, we go to Albert Heijn a lot, the one just behind the Dam Square.

Well, it isn't actually Albert Heijn, it's the liquor store downstairs called Gal&Gal.

It always has excellent offers, for example a 70cl bottle of Jagermeister where I live costs £19, there it costs 11e.

It's half price, and I take my Red Bull in my suitcase.

Rick's Bar used to have various happy hours, not a big drinker so couldn't say for sure if the prices are good

The two least expensive Bacardi and Cokes I've found are at Kashmir Lounge €4,50, and 't Nes €5,00. Kashmir price was from a couple of years ago, so...

Bottle of Barcardi from G&G, six pack of Coke and two limes from AH, and I can start the evening early and take a walking cocktail.

Cuban Bacardi in Europe. Puerto Rican Bacardi in the States.
