First Dam Trip March 2012

After reading through everyone's Reports i decided to post my write up of my first trip to Dam in March 2012, I wrote it about a month after i come back so some parts are a bit hazey(literally) I apologize for the lack of weed photos i just never got round to it.

Well anywayz hope you enjoy the read !!


So finish a long days work on Thursday 08 March 2012 @ 3:30pm, Blaze a fat Cheese Marley and Head for luton airport for my 6:30pm flight to Amsterdam,

Airport check in goes smoothly, Pick up some tools and munchies before i get to the gate, As the plane takes off i get a overwhelming feeling i can only describe as Pure excitement,Headphones on!! Blasting a Selection of all my Favorite Weed tunes, 35 sweet minutes later i arrive in Dam(the flight is so quick) Baggage picked up in 15 mins, straight to the train !!

15 mins later i am standing outside Centraal station Amsterdam, quickly jump in a cab(Wish i walked in hindsight but i was so eager to drop off my bags and get Smoking.

Arrived at the Amsterdam room centre on leidsestraat, spend 5 mins searching for the place to find no sign just a small door, Basically this is a guys house which he rents out the bedrooms, Nice enough Place but felt a little weird as he was chilling in the living room with his peoples when we arrived..anyway he showed us the twin room, Two single beds and a table, Average quality!! oh well i didnt care as i was in amsterdam, i would of been happy sleeping anywhere, No smoking in the room, But we had a Large balcony to Blaze on so all was good Throw down the bags and straight out the door..

We decide to go to Easy times coffeeshop as it's just around the corner and it looked nice from the pics online, 2 Min walk and we arrive, Really nice interior, Straight to the BT who is quite moody but i didnt care i just wanted to see some green!! anyway i order -

1g White widow - Average example of the strain -
1.5g Amnesia Haze - very nice example nice hazey high
2g Blueberry cheese - Looked and smelled perfect - Heavy stone - give me the munchies like mOFO..
2 x strong space cakes - Moist, Moist Moist, Tasty little treats- cant tell if it really hit me as i was Crunked anyway!

We have a couple drinks in here and smoke half of what we copped, feeling nice and high we head out to find food, as soon as we step out i just notice bikes everywhere hundreds of bikes, i end up in the bike lane which i quickly realise i need to avoid at all costs, they move Fasttt!! So anyway we go to burger king/Mcdonalds and eat like we aint eaten in weeks.. Belly full we decide to go on a walk up the leidestraat, smoke 2 more Blueberry zoots and stroll back to the House in a daze(im just gonna call it the house thats what it is Blaze couple more and go sleep ready for the next day....

Day 2

Get up nice and early, Wake and bake with a Blue Cheese,Amnesia,Widow King L.feeling charged and ready for some food. Get sorted and straight out, We are heading for Grey Area so we head up leidestraat, we come across a bakery that sells everything from pizzas to cakes all fresh made stuff, cant remember what i got but it was tasty.. We carry on and come across a little fish stall that is selling freshly fried cod with some sort of tarter sauce, absolutely beautiful, i went back and got another portion.. defiantly recommended if you like battered fish..

Walk another 10 mins we arrive at grey area, The Cue is out the door so this just added to my anticipation as i had heard alot of good things about this place, finally get in there talk to the BT who is a friendly american guy, asked for his early morning recommendations he suggested -

1g Greyberry - Didnt really like it at all, May have been a shit batch
1g Kaligria - Really nice sativa - very sweet taste

Buy & Fly, We roll two 1g zoots and head off, it seemed like we was walking for hours it was probably only 1 hr and the weather got really nice all of a sudden, We decided to head into the Rokerji opposite Rasta baby, Really like it very morrocan style setup, We ask the BT what his best weed was at the moment and he said without hesitation AMG - Its a special one he says!! I look, smell and buy instantly,

2.2g AMG - Strongest smoke of the trip hands down - Beautiful weed, Dense compact nuggets very pungent amnesia smell - strong head High followed by a intense body stoned - Loved it..

We leave Rokerji absolutly lean with no destination in mind, so we just walk until we come across a frites shop so we grab some and roll another AMG zoot for the journey,we carry on strolling around sky high just enjoying the whole vibe in dam,, Before we new it we was back at the House, we decide to grab some munchies and watch a film and blaze a few in the house, After a small nap!!l(2hrs to be exact)lol..

We head back out, We must have been so lean because we didn't notice that there's a rokerji opposite our House, Dont no how we missed it!! Straight in for another 1g purchase of AMG, Too busy to stay so head back round to easy times as someone said they just got some killer Ny diesal in, Ask the BT to see it and it looked really fresh and had a very strong smell so grabbed 1g

1g NY Diesal - Very thick smoke - Nice high - Good looking Weed

We stay here until 1pm And go get some food from some burger king because it was close, when we come outside we get talking to some dutch guys & girls about my jordans and end up having a little session with them before we no it its coming 3am so we head back to get some sleep!

Day 3

Sorry no pictures on this part,

Wake up feeling surprisingly Refreshed and ready for my second full day in dam, As the person i went with was into art he wanted to go to the Van gogh Museum, To be honest i wasn't really up for it as i am into street art/Graffiti but i said i would go with him anyway, I decide i need to be completely lean to do this so i roll up a pure Zoot with the last gram of AMG with about 0.5 of Ny Diesel, We just chill in vondelpark and blaze it before we head in, This was one Tasty Joint i was so lean feeling happy,upbeat and i felt like i might actually might enjoy this museum, think again!! We get inside there walk through the first section and to be honest it was boring and absolutely killed my vibe, I go and play Temple run on my iPhone for 20mins while he goes round the museum, Finally he has finished so we can get back to what we come for, We Blaze another Zoot in the park and check out a place called the fatboy place or something bye the park, I get a Fatboy chubby dog(Nothing special) wouldn't recommend it for the money,

So we are now on route to Green place, we decide to roll all the weed we have left at that point - cant remember which ones went in but it was a mixture of my previous purchases, It actually turned out to be a fat bob Marley style 2 sheet special, I don't remember much from this walk accept we were lean the whole way and thirsty, Finally we arrive at The green place, I head straight in and up to the BT, I notice they have a Magnifying glass on the counter which i thought was a nice touch, I take a look at the menu and proceed to ask to see about 7 buds, I finally decide on

1g Buddha Tahoe OG - Not impressed by this at - Taste was average at best, Expected lot more.
2g OG Kush - Very nice example of this, Loved it - Definatly had a light hazey head high, Give me the giggles.
3g Pineapple haze - My favourite weed of the trip, The smell of this is amazing, pineapple hazey goodness, not the strongest but makes up for it in taste and look

We head to the back of Green place to find a seat an luckliy find a free corner booth, We start by rolling the Budda tahoe Og, As i start smoking it i quickly realize it is a huge let down as i was looking forward to it being a top quality smoke, absolute crap really for a top of the menu weed, Next is on to the Og Kush, I really enjoyed this weed- The look, smell were perfect i put the whole gram in a pure spliff and the buzz really picked me up and held me there, i immediately went back to the BT and brought another gram for later, Now onto my NO.1 the Pineapple haze - I cant say how much i liked this weed the smell was immense pineapple sweetness, The buds were Very amnesia like - I roll up the entire gram, Wow... The taste was so sweet and the buzz was nice and euphoric, Little body stone at all which was nice, i Jump up and go and purchase another 2g, Blaze another few zoots in here and have about 3-4 hot chocolates they went down so nice, We decide to leave here and head back to the House to get changed and get some food, We have a nice stroll back with a Nice OG Kush zoot,

After about 1-2 hr of chilling and smoking we leave the house and decide its the night to check out the red-light district, see what all the hype is about..We grab some food from A little bakery on the leidestraat and head off to the RLD, It was saturday night so amsterdam was live as hell, We just strolled around smoking, taking in the vibe and trying not to get hit bye a bike, Finally we arrive in the RLD - Not my scene really to be honest, Overly loud & crowded, 2 many pissed up people and i dont pay for pussy so i just walk around looking for a while(It might have just been The vibe i was feeling at the time but i wasn't into it , I did see some banging broads though! Anyway we head into this bar where you can drink and smoke(cant remember name) we grab some drinks and blaze some Og Kush/pineapple haze zoots- love both these strains and mixed together it really covers all bases, we was so high in every sense of the word,

After a few drinks and zoots we stumble back onto the main RLD strip, We decide to head back to The rokeiji on leidestraat for some more AMG..The peacefulness walking down the singel was so nice after coming out of the madness of the RLD and we walk slow(like we had a choice, we are leann ) we were just appreciating our surrounding and the intense warm buzz surrounding our whole body, We quickly pop to Easy times and get 2 space cakes then round to Rokeiji, 2g AMG Please, Sorry but we have run out and dont no when it will be bk so i grab,

1g big budda cheese - Nice strong pungent cheese smell and flavour - Strong body stone.

We decide to chill here and blaze a few, Very busy in there but we manage to get a seat and get the drinks in, The cheese was a nice smoke and the vibe was very lively, it was nearly closing time when we got there so it was time to go before we new it, We go and get some munchies and frites and head back to the house to session there, Get back and put on a film called "Half Baked" dunno if you have watched it but it fitted the occasion perfect, We blazed some wongas & demolished the space cakes, We then chatted for ages about how much we love Amsterdam and wish The UK government had this attitude towards Weed, we started to here the birds chirpin so it was time for bed....

Panic ensues around us…. which is handled very very well by the Voyagers crew, Debo pops his head over the hatch, coats and a cold can of pop under the lads head and a few worrying minutes whilst the lad comes round. Concust but talking he is assisted out by the pals he was with. Very well handled by the crew at Voyagers.
