Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times before, but I can't seem to find a clear answer.
It seems the law prohibiting the sale of hash in coffeeshops was passed? Has this come into effect yet? Is it being widely observed?
I only ask as I was planning another soon, but I'm not really bothered about the green. Will I be able to find a decent selection of hash in Aug/Sept?

people are talking about the 15% law, but its utterly unpoliceable and really it is being taken to mean weed and hash of any strength are on sale, but the crazy butters and butane hashes which were of astonoshing THC percantage are not going to be permitted.
