dont like me book an apt in amsterdam when wasted and then leave it til 2 wks b4 departure to check
only to find i booked the apt for the 9th sept through 12th instead of 8th sept through 11th
anyways the lovely host refunded me the money for the 12th BUT due to some fooking IBC nerdy conference
happening on the same dates its impossible to get anywhere to stay n the night we arrive
any suggestions peeps????????

D'oh, just reminded me to check mine (again), I do know that quite a few of the hostels reserve some spaces for walk-ins, the Flying Pig does for sure, though if it's a busy weekend sure they'll go quite quickly, but if you arrive early in the morning it might be an idea if you've not managed to find anything else!

What time do you head off on the 11th? I get there that day, but not till about 18.30/19.00 by the time I get to Centraal and will be heading straight to 420.

edit: just spotted earlier that you say you leave at 13.00, have a good trip

i dont arrive until 1pm in amsterdam gapie...still dont have anywhere to stay on the 8th so i have to sort a room as soon as i get there.....
