Nope no one has tried to order from edit lately ?

Last month they were having problems with their payment process provider. They said payment could only be taken by bank transfer, cheque or postal order.


I don't know if they have sorted that out now

they gave me loads of grief! I've a pre-paid Visa... after scanning passport & utility bill to them, tried to charge more than original bill (transaction refused since card had just about the monies fer original trans). I tole them where ta stick their SpaceCaseTitanium & went fer WWuk instead. no fuss at all, my toy arrived today!

Still the same sadly! they have lost my custom until they sort their act out. How can they expect to run a business like this?

Haven't bought from them recently, but I can attest to top-notch service during last year's order. Ordered an out-of-stock diffuser before the inventory was updated on the site along with a Little Sister RooR, got an email a couple of minutes later indicating it as such, and after giving them a call they upgraded me to a RooR diffuser for free and they payed for the separate shipping as my tube had already shipped. Got everything in perfect condition and well packaged - couldn't ask for more.

This is the email I recieved this morning

your order has been cancelled as requested.
Unfortunately, due to technical issues we are unable to accept any credit/debit card payments. Our IT department are working hard to get this resolved ASAP and should be back up and running shortly. we do not accept PayPal as a payment method.

Fuckin jokers , bought something Saturday (well thought I had) received an e mail jus now saying "sorry blah blah blah" !!!! Would you like to change ? Don't fucking think so you ain't got anything worth swapping for !!!!

Lol apparently not , they had a slide I was after and seeing it was reduced I thought "fuck it" this was on the 20.01 after not hearing from them and having no delivery and after numerous attempts to contact them , finally got back to me yesterday saying "the item you ordered is broken , we can still send you it(and take £30 off) WTF ????????????? Yeah sure send me broken high end glass jeeeeeeeeez

Although to be fair I have negotiated a pricier slide for the same price , so good outcome but not the item I really wanted !!!! Defo lost a customer this time lol
