The picture on the front of the book is the first recognized coffeeshop in Holland. It was Mellow Yellow and the founders were 4 guys with Wernard Bruining leading the way. Before that he had a company called Positronics and Mila Jansen of Polinator fame had a small tea and "coffeeshop" in that grow shop. She was known for selling hash out of there. Before that you could buy your hash from an ice cream vendor at either the Paradisio or the Melkweg. The guy that ran that cart just stayed with me a few weeks here in Denver. He was happy to see what his cart has evolved too. There is much more to the coffeeshop history story and it is very interesting. Buy Nol's book to start. btw, Mila was just in Denver also. Strange times.

I don't know who was first in India but I don't think that has anything to do with anything does it?

Thanks mate! I didn't know about them selling out of a boat. Cheers for the knowledge! I did already finish my picture for the Cannabis Cup Art Comp. I will post it to show you all.
