august 13th to 15th with three first timers!

a few family members are making there way over the pond so i will take them to amsterdam for a few days i have ben so often that i cant really pin down must do´s for first timers so acders help me out there please
whats a good canal boat cruise ( eventually one that allowes smoking?)
we have planned so far
a canal boat cruise
pancakes
poffertjes
puccini
electric ladyland museum
zaanse schans
in the wildemann
cafe de klos
coca leaf experience (anyone done this and can share a little insight?)
cannabis college
cheeky monday at the winstons
the kaasgelder on the flower market
my wife is looking for a great museum every time we go she wants to go to the Stedelijk musuem but it was always closed for renovation any suggestions of a museum simular or as good?

one of my tag alongs will only turn 21 in september will we run into any problems with someone under 21? i heard barneys is 21 + now any other shops do that to?
it will be my first time beeing with 5 peoples in the dam gonna be a nightmare watching over the kids not getting hit by bikes haha!
oops how could i forget a visit a nes is a must !

The church in the attic I can't spell or pronounce the dutch name, but it is a great little museum right in the red light district that shows the Dutch tolerance that they were famous for before weed pass.

It's called Ons' Lieve Heer op Solder (our Lord in the Attic)and yes it's very cool. A tiny catholic church hidden inside a canal house. When I saw it in 2011 it was being renovated, but still worth a visit regardless

i'd add albert cuypmaarkt for presents/fruit juice/etc shopping, with a crawl to club media and katsu, and some righteous vlaams frites and/or falafel at sonny's (across the street from Katsu). he has some good sauces for the fries as well!

voyagers is my first stop ill just ask once im there i did read some stuff about no more private boats are taking people out they got hastled to get licenses or something.... to bad....
