It was a gas bottle on the blue boat that is wrapped over the still floating boat. A 15 year old boy was unlucky enough to be riding by on his bike and was seriously injured. Many other people were hit by flying glass and many of the buildings near by were damaged by flying debris and glass. No cause as to why the bottle exploded yet. I got all this from Dutch TV last night.
