7th yearly pilgrimage to Amsterdam

October 9 to October 17. Please post me on the Who's In Town page if you see this Mr. FlyByNight. This will be my first trip traveling solo. Although as Nimrod pointed out in his H1igh above Lijnbaansgracht thread, I'll be sharing an apartment with a couple of other ACD members.

I'm really looking forward to this trip, as every other time I've been I had a first timer(s) with me that I was leading around everywhere. Should be nice to make my own plans and do whatever I feel like doing for once. Also there will be no one to video me using an outdoor urinal and post it on youtube like last year, which is a big plus as well...
I wasn't sure it was going to happen this year due to losing my old job last year and money being a little bit tighter, but I've been saving all my pennies and should have plenty of euros for spending money by the time October gets here. Only 86 days to go...can't wait.

I'll try and have a proper Amsterdam welcome ready for you. Won't have my bowl yet, so a joint will just have to do.

Sounds good to me. Got to obtain your hash bowl first thing, I can understand that. Barring any delays with the flight I should be at the apartment by 10:30ish. Although I'm not sure how I'll let you know I'm there, maybe I should just meet you guys at eerste hulp and we can head over to the apartment to drop off my bag before heading up to Voyagers/Utopia.

You can ring the buzzer, or as mentioned above, we'll be medicating on the terrace and watching out for your arrival. Maybe we'll even wait downstairs. I'll have my phone on just in case. No worries. Even if Stan gets held up, I will be there, save for any airline/transit issues. We should have a plan B, and we'll discuss that offline.

No need to haul your luggage down Marnixstraat and back, when you'll be right there. Kinda defeats the whole cushy, bus 197 convenience.
