as others have said, drink coffee, smoke sativa, and take long walks outside. That will allow you to stay up that first day until a normal bedtime.

I didnea experience any jet lag :?
Going or coming home.... Felt more fatigue getting up at 4AM in Edinburgh, and trying to last the day in Mokum to be honest.... Having an actual bed to sleep in on the way from Chicago to Mokum helped alot :D

Fuck yer Pharma drugs though, thats for damn sure :-)

Agreed
Shower, sativa, stay active, and eat light meals to avoid food coma.
A bit of caffeine if you like and drink little or no alcohol.

I try to make myself sleep on the way over as much as possible. Usually I am too excited about arriving to sleep much, which is unusual. Normally I am out before the plane leaves the ground.

So, I will usually sleep only 1/2 -1 hour on the way over if I am lucky, meaning I am almost as tired as you would be with no sleep.

I just push through the day and try to stay awake as long as I can. Normally I can make it to midnight the first day, but I sleep like a log into day two.
