Some people's efforts to get to the Dam are remarkable, can't remember who's it was now, but remember reading about someone from the UK who's flight got cancelled due to the snow (it's the UK, so anything more than a cm or two sends their brains into meltdown here, like teh Alps or Canada can't cope, but here it's some sorta catastrophe, pah) and they ended up geting to Scotland or something to take a flight.

Now, my US geography aint that great, but I think the UK's meaning of driveable and the US's are "miles" apart, scuse the pun

During the Volcano episode of 2009 which happened around 420 time I had my flights cancelled like everyone else. Undeterred I took the ferry from Hull to Rotterdam instead. Actually quite a fun trip which I look back on with some fondness.

Would never do it again though.

Hey folks toke n talk and cs crawl still on for tomorrow. Had a late night though so how bouts 1:45 at 420 cafe? Could be there 1:15-1:30 as well

back in the states. epic trip. went to many cs's i havent been to. thanks to all those that i met there. hope to make it back. looking forward to sleeping in my own bed tonight though!

that's great! how prospects can change in few time! from a cancelled trip to have a great one!
